Last week of October and beginning of November I spent in Poland. That was my first trip
outside of the US and also my first trip to some other continent - Europe. I was baptized
while over there and met plenty of people - almost all of my extended family. They all
were very happy to see me, too.
My only surviving great-grandfather - Antoś. He is almost 93 years old.
My grandmother Zofia saw me for the first time here. Both of us are surprised!
My mom clarifies some matters with my grandfather Wiesław. I am ready to get baptized.
My uncle Sławek gave a beautiful sermon about a rose and a rosary.
My godparents - uncle Waldek and aunt Marysia.
What are they doing? I am so surprised!
Greg's mom - Zofia Aksamit holds me and shows me around.
I am now smiling to Ninka Tootell (Pietrzyk).
They could think about more interesting place for me. Dad's arms are so common, but there
is plenty of people around!
My grandmother Elżbieta got to hold me eventually.
Afternoon walk through Kraków.
The best thing that can happen to me is a slumber in my mom's arms.
Ninka has to learn quickly how to hold a baby!
My parents used to have their consulting business here, in this building. Rob Tootell, Nina,
my mom holding me inside her jacket and Andrzej Lewandowski are waiting until my dad finally
takes this picture.
Now it is my dad's turn to carry me around like a young kangaroo!
Our plane was cancelled this morning. Since we did not get much sleep last few nights
we are resting before the return trip home. We will be flying through London on our way back!
